Your data and this website
Privacy Policy
Here is how Dynamic Mission UG (haftungsbeschränkt) handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us about travel arrangements.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing described in this policy is:
Dynamic Mission UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Bockenheimer Landstraße 17–19
60325 Frankfurt am Main
Germany
Email: travel@dynamicmission.de
Phone: +49 15510 275499
2. What this website does
This is a simple static information website made from HTML, CSS, JavaScript and locally stored images. It does not include an online booking system, analytics, advertising pixels, or embedded social media widgets. No optional cookies are currently active. If you choose Accept or Reject in the cookie notice, the site saves that choice in your browser so the notice is not shown again on later pages or visits.
3. Website visits and hosting
When a website is delivered over the internet, the hosting provider and technical infrastructure may process connection data needed to send the requested pages and help protect the service. Depending on the hosting configuration, this can include an IP address, date and time of access, requested file, browser or device information, referrer information and technical status data in server logs. This processing is used to provide and secure the website and is based on legitimate interests in operating a reliable online service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website itself does not receive a form submission through a server.
Technical log data is retained according to the hosting and security configuration and is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident or meet a legal obligation. The exact log fields and retention period depend on the hosting provider and its configuration. Contact us for information about the hosting service used for this website.
4. Inquiry forms
The flight, hotel and contact forms on this website do not transmit information to a website server. JavaScript uses the information you enter to prepare a draft email in your device’s email application addressed to travel@dynamicmission.de. The draft is sent only if you choose to send it from that application. If your device has no configured email application, you can contact us directly by email or telephone.
The forms may ask for your name, contact details and travel information such as destinations, dates, passengers, guests and preferences. Please do not include passport numbers, payment card data or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry. We use information you send to respond, discuss your request and, if you proceed, handle the requested travel arrangements. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); legal obligations may also require some processing (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Email and telephone communication
If you email, telephone or message us, we process the contact and inquiry information you provide so that we can respond and manage the conversation. If you make or ask about a booking, relevant booking information may be used to handle that request and communicate about it. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on pre-contractual steps or contract performance, legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in handling and documenting business communications (Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR).
If an arrangement requires information to be shared with an airline, accommodation provider or other travel supplier, we will use the information needed for that arrangement and explain relevant details as part of the booking process. The supplier will process information under its own privacy information. This website does not claim an integration with a booking platform or identify a particular third-party booking processor.
6. Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be available to the hosting provider as needed to deliver the website, and to a travel supplier where this is necessary for a travel request or booking. Your own email, telephone or messaging service will process information when you use it to contact us. We have not embedded third-party analytics, advertising services, map widgets, video players or social media plug-ins on this website. No specific international transfer is initiated by the website itself; a supplier or communication service may process information under its own terms.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry and communication information for as long as necessary to respond and manage the request. If an inquiry results in a booking, relevant records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and any statutory retention or limitation period that applies. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or securely anonymised. The precise period depends on the nature of the inquiry, booking and applicable legal obligations.
8. Your data protection rights
Subject to the conditions in data protection law, you may have the right to:
- request access to personal data we hold about you (Article 15 GDPR);
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information (Article 16 GDPR);
- request deletion (Article 17 GDPR);
- request restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR);
- receive certain information you provided in a portable format, or ask for its transfer where the legal requirements are met (Article 20 GDPR);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your situation (Article 21 GDPR); and
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
To exercise a right, contact travel@dynamicmission.de. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for private organisations based in Hesse is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), information and complaint submission.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage only to remember whether you selected Accept or Reject in the cookie notice, so your choice is remembered on later pages and visits. This preference stays on your device, is not sent to us and is not used to identify or track you. No optional cookies are currently active, and the website does not use analytics or advertising cookies or browser storage for tracking. You can change your saved choice using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Your browser or hosting infrastructure may process technical information needed to load the pages.
10. External communication and social media links
Links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are ordinary external links. This website does not load content from those services until you choose to follow a link. Once there, the relevant platform processes data under its own privacy policy. Your telephone or messaging provider may also process information when you use its service to contact us.
11. Security
We take reasonable steps to handle information carefully and limit it to the purposes described here. Website security during transmission also depends on the hosting and connection configuration of the live service. Please use contact details you trust and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the website or the way inquiries are handled changes. The “Last updated” date shows when this version was reviewed.
