1. Business and scope

This website is operated by Dynamic Mission UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bockenheimer Landstraße 17–19, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (“Dynamic Mission Travels”, “we” or “us”). These terms apply to use of the informational website and to initial travel inquiries made through it. They do not replace the terms of an individual booking agreement.

2. Travel booking requests

The website provides information about flight ticket, hotel and travel assistance services. It does not provide live availability, instant booking or booking confirmation. Submitting an inquiry form or contacting us is a request to discuss an arrangement, not by itself a confirmed booking.

Before any booking is made, the booking process will be explained for the specific arrangement. The relevant booking confirmation or contract will identify the parties and the travel services involved. Depending on the arrangement, Dynamic Mission UG (haftungsbeschränkt) may assist with or arrange travel services, or a contract may be concluded directly with a third-party supplier. The legal classification and mandatory statutory rules depend on the actual services and transaction.

3. Customer responsibilities

Please provide complete and accurate information, including passenger or guest names, destinations, dates, contact details and any relevant requirements. Check all names, dates, routes, room details and other booking information in documents before confirming. Tell us promptly if information changes.

4. Flight bookings

Flight schedules, seats, fares, baggage rules and other conditions are set by the relevant airline or supplier and may change until the booking is completed. The airline’s ticket and fare conditions apply to confirmed flight arrangements. Customers are responsible for checking that travel documents, entry requirements and passenger details are suitable for their trip, including with relevant official authorities and carriers.

5. Hotel bookings

Room types, services, check-in rules, payment terms and cancellation conditions vary by accommodation provider and rate. The conditions shown or provided for the specific reservation apply. Please review them before confirming and make sure the guest names and stay dates are correct.

6. Flight and hotel arrangements

When flights and accommodation are requested together, we will explain how the proposed services are arranged and which booking terms apply. A combination of travel services can have specific legal consequences under applicable travel law. The information and documents provided for the actual booking govern; these general website terms do not determine the legal status of an individual arrangement.

7. Prices and payment

No prices are quoted on this website. Any price, taxes, supplier charges, payment method and payment deadline will be communicated for the specific offer or booking. Prices and availability may change until the relevant supplier or booking process confirms the arrangement. Do not make a payment unless the recipient and payment instructions have been clearly identified in the booking information.

8. Booking confirmation

A request, draft, quote or email exchange does not by itself constitute a confirmation. A booking is concluded only through the confirmation or process specifically communicated for it. Please retain the booking confirmation and any related supplier documents.

9. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Whether a booking can be changed or cancelled, any applicable deadlines or costs, and whether a refund is due depend on the terms of the confirmed booking, the relevant supplier conditions and applicable law. No particular change, cancellation or refund outcome can be promised through this general page. Contact us as soon as possible about a change or cancellation and include your booking reference. Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Supplier terms and performance

Where a travel service is supplied by an airline, hotel or another supplier, the supplier’s terms govern that service to the extent stated in the booking documents and permitted by law. The booking documents explain the role of each party and the contact route for service questions. Nothing in these terms removes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Customer information and travel documents

Customers should provide correct information and check the accuracy of booking details. Each traveler is responsible for carrying the travel documents required for their journey, such as a valid passport, visa or other entry authorization where applicable. Requirements may change; check current information with official authorities and the relevant carrier.

12. Website information

We take reasonable care when preparing website information, but service details may be updated and information may not cover every individual case. Please confirm the details relevant to your proposed booking with us before making a decision.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where an exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law. 14. Events outside reasonable control

Disruptions can arise from circumstances outside the control of the parties, including severe weather, public health events, strikes, government measures or transport interruptions.
